The runway is the moment everyone notices. For participants, YFS is everything around it too — the preparation before the doors open, the people and energy backstage, the live show itself, and the moments that continue after the walk.
Model training & rehearsals
Participants train with professional models who have built real careers in the fashion industry — learning runway walking, posture, turns, stage presence, and show choreography through guided rehearsals.

By the time the audience arrives, a lot is already happening behind the curtain.
Hair and makeup are underway, final looks are coming together, participants are lining up, and designers, stylists, photographers and the YFS team are moving the show toward its first walk.

Then everything prepared backstage becomes a live fashion show.
Participants step onto the runway in front of a real audience, surrounded by production, photographers, designers. The entire experience around it and the energy in the room — is what makes each YFS edition feel different.
The experience does not end when the last participant leaves the runway.
After the walk, there are still photographs being taken, family moments happening, certificates being handed over and, at selected editions, gifts or activations from YFS partners.
